Loved our Crystal Lagoon Butler Suite & our Butlers Aritha, Akio, Shanna-Kay & Rashida! They were so friendly & helpful; they offered the best service! They always kept our room tidy & knew exactly what we wanted when we didn’t even know we wanted it! They took us to our meals if we wanted & reserved our beach chairs! It was awesome getting to know each one of them! We had the most perfect wedding day! Our wedding coordinator Mariah made our day so special. She is amazing at her job & anyone who gets married here is truly lucky to have her! The videographers & photographers went above & beyond! They took the most beautiful photos & videos! It was great interacting with them & having so much fun while taking photos & videos! The Red Lane Spa (hair & makeup/ mani-pedi) was great too, they made myself & my bridal party feel so beautiful! The resort & beach were beautiful! The food was amazing every place we visited for a meal was great & we were not disappointed! The resort is picture perfect & well kept! Very clean & tidy! The beach is to die for! The staff & service at the restaurants were always so friendly & top notch. Honestly, the most perfect trip & we can’t wait to return!

We’ve received outstanding service and food in the monkey pub the manager and all staff were brilliant! Bombay was also fantastic! Portofino we were served by Alyssa who was super kind and helpful Shellana and Chantelle were absolutely amazing at the spa they gave us a full tour and answered all our questions! Mario the photographer is brilliant Shane part of the entertainment staff is super fun and very inclusive Stephen from concierge was brilliant at booking all our dinner reservations really great guy very knowledgable! The manager at the American tavern was so accommodating and friendly The house keeping staff are brilliant our room is always immaculate and our bed is always turned down ready for our return of an evening they do a great job!

This was the first time for to travel out of the country and I was very satisfied with all the staff that we ran into. There's was never a bad encounter with any of them. I do have a few that I would like to mention. Brandon at the swim up bar was phenomenal. He made amazing drinks was great to talk with. Rasheeda who worked the resort stores was great. She was funny and very nice. Shontel from the Asian restaurant was also another one that went above and beyond. We met a bar tender named Jamar who was also very kind and make some great drinks. We were very pleased and would love to come back to visit.
